Every month Barb offers Jin Shin Jyutsu classes.

There is plenty of parking right next to the building. It's a lovely place with a large room.
Please feel free to join us even if you've never tried Jin Shin Jyutsu before!
Beginners are welcome and its a very friendly group who enjoy better health and optimism about life!

We’ll practice self-helps for staying asleep, falling asleep, snoring, sleep apnea, insomnia, and look at what effects our circadian rhythm. Circadian rhythm in harmony is critical to good sleep.
