Barb is available to teach classes and workshops at your place of work, for clubs, groups, senior living facilities, yoga studios or wellness facilities, on a variety of topics including:  Healthy Living, Better Memory, Chronic Pain, Stiff Joints, Sleep Help, Back Pain, Eye Projects, Shoulders/Arms, Heart Health, Fatigue, Leg/Ankle/Feet Projects, & Boosting the Immune System.

 

Every month Barb offers Jin Shin Jyutsu classes.

These include the above topics, plus classes covering the Self-Care Books written by Mary Burmeister for lay people (4 week class).  You can find a class schedule below.

Jin Shin Jyutsu Classes

There is plenty of parking right next to the building.  It's a lovely place with a large room. 

Please feel free to join us even if you've never tried Jin Shin Jyutsu before!

Beginners are welcome and its a very friendly group who enjoy better health and optimism about life!

Fatigue     May 14       1:00-2:00     $12

If you lack energy, tire easily, suffer from chronic fatigue or find it difficult to accomplish daily tasks, this class will help clear out causes of fatigue & tiredness.       Class at ADRC

June 25    Easy Favorites      11:00 – 12:00   $12    class at ADRC

 Tried and true self-care for everyone:  back, foot, arm pain, hiccups, sore or cramping muscles, nausea, dizziness, sleep, sinus, shortness of breath.
